DO YOU COME TO ME?
Yes, as a mobile detailing service we come to our client’s home, apartment, or work location. Looking to make your experience with our clients as convenient as possible.
HOW LONG DOES Your SERVICE TAKE?
With the condition of the vehicle being the determining factor a generally dirty car could take 2 hours and up to 4.5 hours to complete most of our services.
WHAT TOOLS AND PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
We use a vast amount of different products varying from Chemical Guys, Meguiars, and Gtechnic to name a few. Some of the tools we use to get the job completed are brushes, carpet extractors, polishers, and vacuums.
Can Other services be added during the detailing process?
Of course, when taking care of our client’s vehicle we are always want to make sure they get everything they want out of our services.

The goal of our maintenance program is to maintain your vehicle in great condition on a monthly, weekly, or bi-weekly basis. It includes a thorough wash, cleaning the wheels, tires, door jambs, shining up the tires, and cleaning the glass and mirrors. Keep in mind, not much thorough cleaning will be done here. If your car has a lot of stains and blemishes, this is not going to remove those. That would be reserved for our Premium Interior Detailing. Ask about our Maintenance Program.

Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing
SteppeAbove.com will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise please communicate your concerns with the technician.
All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.
SteppeAbove.com or its vendors do not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed. Please inspect your vehicle after the service is rendered to assure all interior lights, headlights, or running lights have been turned off.
We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking.
Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type
Whilst every effort will be made to keep regular bookings to the same day and time each week, sometimes it may be necessary to make changes but we will endeavor to communicate the changes prior to arrival
We reserve the right to take a debit or credit card details to secure the booking. Debit/Credit cards shall be processed by PayPal.com.
We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.
All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk
All orders placed require address, package, and vehicle condition verification. Service requests are not guaranteed at the time of booking and may be cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of SteppeAbove.com.
