Repellency Warranty

Glassparency Products Inc. warranties that Glassparency treated glass will remain water repellent (hydrophobic) for the period selected as set forth on the reverse side of this page. Hydrophobicity is measured by the angle that a water droplet attaches to horizontal glass. Untreated glass attains an angle of approximately 12 to 15 degrees; Glassparency treated glass attains an angle of 60 to 115 degrees. Glassparency Products Inc. guarantees this angle will be no less than 60 degrees during the warranty period (4 times better than untreated glass) when properly maintained. The use of abrasives, waxes or coatings may diminish the effectiveness of the Glassparency coating and void the warranty. Should it be found that the Glassparency coating fails to sustain the warranted level of hydrophobicity, Glassparency Products Inc. shall re-apply the Glassparency process to the windshield at no charge during the remaining warranty period. This remedy shall be executed at the originating service provider or assigned agent of Glassparency Products Inc. Glassparency Products Inc. limits its liability and damages to the original cost of application of the Glassparency coating to the treated surfaces. The warranty card must be produced at time of re-application and registration card must be (filed with Glassparency Products Inc) within 45 days of purchase or warranty is void. This warranty is non-transferable.
